The latest Prado Unifit Hardwired Outlet features an optional self-contained cap specifically designed for use with Romex cable—eliminating the requirement for a back box. All installation and removal tasks are performed from the front, so there’s no need for hidden steps or specialized tools. This convenient cap also enables you to daisy chain multiple outlets, making your installation more flexible and efficient.
This enhanced model includes advanced tamper resistance to provide a smoother, more user-friendly plug-in experience, while still maintaining excellent safety standards. Upgraded wire clamping ensures secure, long-lasting cable connections by keeping wires firmly in place.
Prefer not to use the self-contained cap? In that case, you'll need both a back box and a cover plate. While the installation steps will be familiar, daisy chaining multiple outlets together isn’t supported inside a back box.
